The Bloody Blades' rival gang lives in this worm-eaten, three story structure. Like the Blades' HQ, it is crammed with stolen luxuries, and the Razors live in a grotesque parody of Fallingwater nobility. There is nothing noble about their conduct. The Razors extort money, prey upon the weak, and constantly terrorize the innocent poor of The Hovels. The gang is led by a brutal thug named Ossim. He is constantly surrounded by strong but dim-witted bodyguards.
