The Nobles are the fluffy, frilly faction of festooning nobles who live in the Noble District. They were ousted from power centuries ago, when the citizens rose up and put the Veiled Lords forward, an oligarchial council of the finest citizens of Fallingwater.
They are plotting for a coup, a return of the city to its old feudal ways. They will attempt to hire the Heroes as hirelings.
